• We typically deliver within 10-14 days after purchase. Our team will contact you with the earliest available delivery date.

• Processing Time: Orders ship on the Friday around 10-14 days after purchase. You'll receive an automated email with tracking details once shipped.

• Quality Control: Before shipping, we’ll send a short video and pictures showing the unit’s condition.

• Curbside Delivery Only: The shipping company will call to schedule your curbside delivery. The driver can leave the unit in your driveway or garage if there’s a clear path.

  
  *You’ll need to remove the wrapping and move the equipment off the pallet.
  
  

• Curbside Delivery + In-Home Installation: After curbside delivery, you can contact the installers directly or reach out to us for coordination.

• Receiving Your Order (IMPORTANT!): When your order arrives, inspect it before signing. If there’s any major damage, call us immediately and refuse the order so we can send a replacement.

Important: Our warranty does not cover major damage caused by the shipping company during transit. To ensure a smooth experience:

• Inspect your equipment before signing.

• If you find damage, contact us immediately and refuse the order so we can send a replacement.

Local Deliveries:

• Please inspect the equipment with the delivery team and report any issues on the same day.

Third-Party Installation:

• Our warranty does not cover issues from third-party installers, even if referred by Ace Fitness Equipment.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation. Inspect the unit before and after installation.

• Do not pay the installers until you confirm the unit is fully functional.

Reminder: Ace Fitness Equipment is not responsible for damage caused by third-party installers. If any issues arise, inform the installers immediately.

• New Equipment: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  
  

• Refurbished Equipment: Covered by Ace Fitness Equipment under the following terms:

What's Covered?

• Major electronic & mechanical parts + labor during the warranty period.

What's Not Covered?

• Wear parts.

• Service or preventative maintenance (available at an additional cost).

• Normal break-in noises (e.g., slight creaks from new belts).

• Any damage from third-party installation, improper use, placement, or extreme weather.

• Touchscreen consoles: Warranty is limited to 12 months max.

⚠ Note: Noises are not covered unless caused by a failed part. Equipment may sound louder in a home vs. a gym setting.

Placing equipment in environments with extreme heat or cold can affect performance and increase maintenance needs.

⚠ Important: Any parts failure due to extreme weather is not covered under warranty. For best performance and warranty coverage, follow the recommended usage guidelines. If you have questions, contact our customer support team.

• Refund: Cancel before your order is shipped or delivered and receive a 100% full refund.
  
  

  • "Shipped" = Picked up or dropped off at the shipping terminal.

  • "Delivered" = Arrived at your home via local delivery.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and or delivery costs, including:

• Initial shipping/delivery fees paid by Ace Fitness Equipment.

• Return shipping and or delivery fees to send the order back.

Process:

1. Prepare the equipment for return (pallet + protective wrapping).

2. We schedule the pickup.

3. Refund issued once received in similar condition, minus all shipping costs.

⚠ Important Notes:

• Once shipped, a full refund is no longer available.
  
  

• If your order arrives damaged you must allow Ace Fitness Equipment to send you a replacement order.
  
  

• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped you are responsible for all shipping costs there and back even if it arrives damaged.
  
  

• Delivery & installation fees are non-refundable (paid to third parties).
  
  

• New Equipment: There are no returns or cancellations on New Equipment.
